| What is the delivery time on bespoke sizes? |
Any sizes outside of the standard sizes we keep in stock (600mm x 750mm, 900mm x 750mm and 1000mm x 750mm)
take around 2-3 weeks for delivery, in stock sizes should be delivered in around
a week.

| How do I pay? |
You may pay by card, Paypal or cheque.

| Can you give me a quote based on my drawings? |
Yes, just email us and we will tell you how to.

| How much is delivery to the Channel Islands etc? |
Delivery to areas of the mainland can incur additional delivery costs unfortunately, please email us for a price.

| Is delivery to France, Germany, Spain etc. possible? |
We can deliver to these locations but delivery is rather expensive unfortunatley, contact us for a price.

| Is there a maximum size of splashback I can order? |
The maximum size you can order is 3.2m but you can only order up to 2.4m online.

| What type of glass are your splashbacks made from? |
Our splashbacks are made from 6mm low iron toughened glass with polished edges.
|
| Can your splashbacks be fitted on top of tiles? |
yes this is not a problem, we recommend a stronger adhesive if fitting this way though.

| Can you use your glass behind a gas hob? |
Yes our toughened glass splashbacks are suitable for use behind a gas hob. Pots and pans should never rest against the glass while cooking though as direct heat transfer can burn the paint.

| What is the warranty on your glass splashbacks? |
All of our coloured glass splashbacks come with a 7 year warranty against discolouration and delamination.
